Stephen Micheal Mcnulty was born in Rimrose Road Bootle to Stephen and Flora Mcnulty he was the eldest of nine children.His younger brothers and sisters looked on mick as a father figure They were Frank Barry Kevan Keith Philip Pat Carol Joan and he loved them all dearly.Mick attended St Joan of Arc school which was were he met the love of his life Joan Monaghan.Mick and Joan were married at St Elizabeths Church Litherland on the 26th of October 1957. Mick and Joan went on to have seven children Patrick Stephen John Joan Julie Brendan Carmel and Mick was so proud of all his children Mick was also a very very proud Grandfather to Peter Stephen Michelle Robert John Joanne Jake Rhiannon caitlin and molly to them he was there hero and they all loved him dearly and his passing has left a huge hole in there lives . Mick also enjoyed helping in the community He done so much to make a difference for the kids on the Rimrose Road estate Were mick and his family lived. He was also one of the founder members of the Marsh Lane Boxing club and it meant a lot to Mick to be able to help the young people on Marsh Lane to have something to do with their time instead of having to hang around street corners Mick always had time for the kids.Mick also became involved in helping the residents of Bootle take on powergen to do something about the coal dust that was plauging peoples lives and affecting the children of Bootle Mick was an amazing man.He loved life and was always at his happiest when he was with his family that was what Mick loved.He was a working class hero and loved to help as many people as he could Sadly Mick became ill in July 2007 and passed away on 30th August 2007 surounded by his loving family.We all miss him so much Our lives are empty without him Youll Never Walk Alone xxxxxxxxx
